Pardubice Airport (PED/LKPD) is both military and civilian international airport 4km south-west from city of Pardubice, Czech Republic. This airport is used for scheduled services, charter flights and cargo flights. Airport Pardubice is used by the Czech Air Force and LOM Prague for pilot training and in 2017 a terminal, apron and ground handling was installed. The new terminal building bears the name of Jan Kašpar, Czech aviation pioneer. In 2018 the airport handled 147 572 passengers. Now flying to Pardubice Wizzair (Lvov and Kiev), Ryanair (Alicante) and SkyUp (Kiev).

WHERE | From the terminal leave in western direction until bigger intersection. Turn left on street “32228” and follow the street until the next roundabout. Use third exit with eastern direction. Follow this street until you need make a 90 degress turn to left or right infront of a field. Turn left and drive until you reach the fence. Coordinates are: 50.012351, 15.723827 |

WHERE | Same way like Spot 1. After reaching Spot 1 walk the fence along until reaching the taxiway C. Coordiantes are: 50.012158, 15.731455 |
WHAT | Good place for Face to face with planes which taxiing to RWY and departure from RWY27. |
TIME | Best light conditions are from 09:00 to 17:00 |

Spot #3 – Line Up RWY27 | |
---|---|
WHERE | From the terminal leave in eastern direction until crossing a bigger road on a bright, turn left at the intersection. On the following roundabout use the third exit and follow street “3” in southern direction until a traffic light intersection. Turn right on street “32226” to small village “Stare Jesencany”. After crossing the railway turn right at next intersection and again right on next intersection where a small soccer and baskeball field is on left side of the road. Follow now the street until the end. Park there and walk to the left to get to the postions. Coordinates are: 50.011439, 15.755303 |
WHAT | Perfect for all activities if 27 is active. If you walk to the west, you can also catch 09 arrivals and departures and 27 touch downs. |
