The biannual Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) has made its return from 22-26.07.2024 and we have joined it. The airshow is one of the worlds biggest aerospace events and has been the global platform for the aerospace and defence industry. All major aviation manufacturers and suppliers can be seen at the fair like Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, ATR, Diamond, Turkish Aerospace, Leonardo, Bell etc. Beside the large static display the flying display included the Airbus A321XLR, Embraer E195E-2 and C-390, ATR 72-600, Boeing F-15QA, Diamond DART-750, Chinook Role Demo, Danish Air Force F-16 Display Team, Turkish Aerospace Gˆkbey and several different flyby from US and UK military.

The FIA provides a range of new business opportunities and networking for its global audience. More than 1200 exhibitors provide a diverse range from every sector and tier of the industry and represent 44 of the worlds countries. The 2024 event announced US$81,5 billion worth of business deals!

The show is held in even numbered years and is located south-west of London, at the privatly owend Farnborough airport (IATA: FAB; ICAO: EGLF). The airport is one of Europes leading business airports for private flights from around the world.

However, the airshow is closed for public except on the last day of the show. The other days are exclusively for business purposes and press related persons.
