After a break of three years because of COVID-19, the Farnborough International Airshow has made its return from 18-22 July 2022. The airshow is one of the world’s biggest aerospace events and has been the global platform for the aerospace and defence industry. All major aviation manufacturers and suppliers can be seen at the fair like Boeing, Airbus, Embraer etc. The FIA provides a range of new business opportunities and networking for its global audience. The 1500 exhibitors provide a diverse range from every sector and tier of the industry and represent 96 of the world’s countries. The 2018 event announced US$192 billion worth of business deals!
The show is held in even numbered years and is located south-west of London, at the privatly owend Farnborough airport (IATA: FAB; ICAO: EGLF). The airport is one of Europe’s leading business airports for private flights from around the world.
However, the airshow is closed for public except on the last day of the show. The other days are exclusively for business purposes and press related persons.
